Our Story

Librería de Satoshi was born in 2021 with a simple premise: technical knowledge should be accessible to everyone, in their own language, not just to those who can read technical English or pay for expensive courses.

What started as a Telegram channel with curated resources and a handful of members grew into a technical education ecosystem and a complete developer pipeline for Freedom Tech and open source, in each student's native language, across Latin America, Africa and beyond. We teach Bitcoin, cryptography, cybersecurity, mathematics, open source and open-weight AI. Since 2021, we have reached more than 3,665 people in 40+ countries, and 27 developers now work full-time on open-source projects.

In 2026, Librería de Satoshi becomes ISMOS. The name changes. Our beliefs and values do not. From our roots in Latin America, we are opening up to the world, with more languages, more disciplines, and one goal: to train one million developers.
